These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hibabee platform. By creating an account or placing any bet on hibabee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one hibabee account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibabee login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify hibabee support of unauthorised access.
Funds Are Not Interest-Bearing
Funds held in your hibabee wallet are not interest-bearing. hibabee does not pay interest on any balance, regardless of how long funds remain in the wallet. Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the withdrawal conditions outlined in these Terms.
KYC Verification Required
hibabee may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point our compliance team deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC will restrict account functionality.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud
hibabee maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, including bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, use of automated betting tools, and exploitation of software errors. Detection of any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing hibabee.app, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet on any product offered through the hibabee platform — including sports betting, casino games, slot titles, live casino tables, and card games — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the hibabee platform regardless of the device used to access the service (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface). These Terms operate in conjunction with hibabee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and hibabee.
If you are accessing the hibabee platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
hibabee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hibabee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
hibabee is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. By using the hibabee platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. hibabee does not knowingly permit minors to open accounts or participate in any gambling activity on the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the deposited balance may be withheld pending investigation.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the hibabee platform:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from the hibabee platform or any affiliated platform.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of hibabee, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have received prior written consent from hibabee management.
- Your account is funded using payment methods registered in your own name. You must not deposit or withdraw using payment methods belonging to third parties.
hibabee may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hibabee will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of hibabee services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register for a hibabee account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change (for example, your mobile number or email address), you are required to update your hibabee account profile promptly. hibabee accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Verification (KYC): hibabee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any point during your account lifecycle:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
- Proof of your registered address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number matching your account).
- A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if specifically requested by the compliance team.
hibabee processes all KYC documents securely and treats them as confidential personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.
One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered hibabee account. If you discover that you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact the support team at [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed. Intentional creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions constitutes fraud.
Account Credentials: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your hibabee account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hibabee support immediately and change your password without delay.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
hibabee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions. For Rocket transfers the minimum is ৳300. For direct bank transfers the minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your hibabee wallet within 60 seconds for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for direct bank transfers. hibabee does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the hibabee finance team within one to twenty-four hours for mobile banking methods and within one to three business days for direct bank transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your hibabee account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3. Additionally, any deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements outlined in Section 5. hibabee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that it deems unusual or that triggers our internal risk controls. This may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal while the review is completed.
Failed and Returned Transactions: If a deposit fails to reach your hibabee wallet despite the amount being debited from your mobile banking account, you must contact [email protected] with your bKash/Nagad transaction reference number. hibabee will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit your wallet accordingly. Failed withdrawals will be returned to your hibabee wallet balance within twenty-four hours of the failure being identified.
Currency: All transactions on the hibabee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). hibabee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
hibabee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and cricket-season promotional offers tied to BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by hibabee are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for hibabee bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Expiry: Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonuses must be used and all associated wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period.
Maximum Bonus Bet: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum permitted bet or wager per round or event is ৳500, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided, and the associated bonus and any winnings derived from that bet may be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse: hibabee reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times using different accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk (commonly known as bonus hunting or bonus whoring), providing false information to qualify for a promotion, and coordinated exploitation of a promotion by a group of players acting in concert.
Promotional Changes: hibabee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time the change takes effect, provided those bonuses were claimed in good faith and in accordance with the terms in force at the time of claiming.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the hibabee platform — including sports bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as wagers on casino games, slot titles, live casino tables, and Teen Patti 20-20 — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the hibabee platform.
Bet Acceptance: hibabee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised primarily to manage risk, protect the platform's integrity, or in cases where a bet has been placed in error or in breach of these Terms.
Obvious Errors: If a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds posted due to a technical error that are materially different from the true market price — hibabee reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. hibabee will use reasonable judgment in determining what constitutes an obvious error and will communicate the outcome of such determinations to the affected player.
Results and Settlements: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official competition results as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the Board of Control for Cricket in India for IPL matches, and the International Cricket Council for ICC events). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, hibabee will follow the ruling of the relevant governing body and its decision will be final.
Casino Game Fairness: All casino games and slot titles offered on the hibabee platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The fairness of all game outcomes is independently audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels.
Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, hibabee's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the specific disconnection rules of the relevant game provider. For sports bets already accepted by the system prior to disconnection, those bets remain valid and will be settled normally.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The hibabee platform must be used solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
- Multiple accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one hibabee account simultaneously or at any time during your account lifecycle.
- False identity: Registering with false name, age, address, or payment method information, or impersonating another person.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the hibabee platform in any way that simulates human behaviour.
- Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games and poker variants.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between hibabee and any other operator or exchange to lock in risk-free profits.
- Money laundering: Using the hibabee platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. hibabee has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the hibabee platform. If you discover a bug or vulnerability, you are required to report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploit it.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward hibabee staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat and email support.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the hibabee platform.
hibabee employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors accounts for indicators of prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially and hibabee is not obligated to disclose the details of any investigation to the account holder under review.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
hibabee is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling on the hibabee platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to make money, and you should never gamble with funds that you cannot afford to lose.
hibabee provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your hibabee wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting activity is suspended for the remainder of the period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session. An alert will be shown as your limit approaches, and your session will end automatically when the limit is reached.
- Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during your session reminding you of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing it permanently. No bets or deposits can be placed during a cooling-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your hibabee account. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. Your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the hibabee platform — including but not limited to the hibabee brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, typography, text content, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hibabee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hibabee platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any hibabee content without express written permission.
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the hibabee platform or its underlying software.
- Use the hibabee name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party website without prior written consent.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the hibabee platform.
Third-party game content (slot games, live casino streams, Teen Patti 20-20 tables) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — and is licensed to hibabee for distribution on the platform. All rights in that content are reserved by the respective rights holders.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibabee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hibabee platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
- Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
- Losses resulting from your own failure to safeguard your account credentials.
- Losses attributable to reliance on inaccurate odds, prices, or match data resulting from data feed errors, where hibabee has taken reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy.
hibabee's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your hibabee wallet in the thirty-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits hibabee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Section 11
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by You: You may close your hibabee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension or Closure by hibabee: hibabee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account holder has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour.
- Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to hibabee.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- The account holder is or appears to be under 18 years of age.
- hibabee is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, hibabee will place a hold on the account balance for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited.
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hibabee may charge an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month on inactive accounts, deducted from the wallet balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees begin to be applied.
Section 12
Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments: hibabee reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — for example, changes to wagering requirements, payment conditions, or player obligations — hibabee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Notification will be made via the email address registered to your account or via an in-platform announcement.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the hibabee platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of these Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hibabee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gambling regulation. hibabee operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hibabee's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. hibabee makes no representation that the hibabee platform is lawful or available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the hibabee platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager.
